Reconstruction of an a-bombed reinforced concrete building used as the flagship store of hiroshima andersen bakery. when the building was demolished due to inadequate earthquake resistance, part of the east wall, which was in good condition, was preserved and reinstalled in the new building. the north exterior wall was restored to its original condition, including the columns of the second floor. a park was built on the opposite side of the arcade.
