To improve circulation in the kusatsu onsen area of gunma prefecture, a number of new locations will be developed. this project is a continuation of the "kusatsu onsen oza-no-yu, yuji plaza, atsunoyu" (1609). this time, a manga hall (library), a café, a plaza, an observatory, and pathways and lighting connecting them were constructed. a library, café, and plaza are planned in the upland area, which used to be a wooded area.
