This human resource development building was built within the prefectural wood use creation center, a research center for the forestry industry. instead of using laminated wood, which cannot be manufactured locally, the building is made of 120 x 150 mm cedar lumber and screw bolts in a stacked beam construction method, flying 5 ken (9,090 mm).
