This is the second phase of a project to renovate the 60-year-old "former chidori bunka jutaku" into an exchange space for creators and local residents (the first phase was described in 1804). a four-party team including dot architects planned and developed the project. the property is owned by chishima land, a rental company in osaka that also handles real estate for artists and creators in the kitakagaya area. dot architects is partially involved in the operation of chidori bunka, and the southwest side of the five houses is occupied by eight tenants, each occupying a floor.
