A new building was constructed across the top of the Energy Center on Chuo University's Tama Campus. The building has a large atrium from the third floor to the sixth floor along the east-west axis of the existing campus. It houses seminar rooms, a plaza, a hall, an academic support center, and large lecture rooms.
