Outline
This auberge is built on the site of a former village. The zoning is based on the remnants of the village, such as the landscaping and the stone walls, and the buildings are divided into two sections. The design is intended to inherit the landscape of the village by using a roof shape that refers to the "snow division" peculiar to regions with heavy snowfall and an approach using a "snow enclosure". The approach beside the snow fence on the east side of each building connects each building like a corridor.
