Kesennuma City Town, Human, and Work Exchange Plaza "PIER7" (Umareru, left) and a private slow city tourist commercial facility (Mukaeru, right) in the Uchiwan district of Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. The buildings were planned to be integrated with the seawall to ensure continuity between the city and the sea. In order to form an integrated landscape and promote the use of the sea and the town, various business entities, owners, and management categories are organized, and area management is being carried out in cooperation with Miyagi Prefecture and Kesennuma City.
