This is the second phase of a plan to rebuild the 25 buildings (about 600 units) of the Aoyama Kitamachi Apartments, which were divided into three projects. The plaza is concentrated on the west side of the building, and a green space of about 0.8 hectares is created in continuity with the Minato Ward Aoyama Kitamachi Children's Amusement Park.
