This is a renovation project of a 45-year-old four-story reinforced concrete rental apartment building. The existing tower building was demolished, and the building was extended to comply with the current regulations on sun shading. On the south side of the building, a new sleeve wall and eaves were installed to form a fireproof compartment, and a private garden was constructed in the space created by the relocation of the entrance.
