Outline

A 1km-long park in Nagoya City has been turned into a park that will be operated using the Park-PFI system and a designated manager system. Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. was selected in an open competition for the project based on the Sakae District Grand Vision formulated by Nagoya City, and the project will run for approximately 20 years.
