This 18-story, 78-meter-high office building is located in the Kitahama area, which is lined with the headquarters of many financial institutions. The building has achieved Zeb Ready status by saving more than 60% of energy compared to conventional buildings. The exterior is a double skin of stone and glass. A glass screen using the MPG method is installed to cover the grid of stone columns and beams.
