This is a mixed-use redevelopment project consisting of a preserved and rehabilitated historic building and a newly constructed redevelopment building. Existing ward roads were abandoned and new through passages were built, and roads were widened and connected to the subway. In the underground plaza directly connected to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line, light is cast into the plaza through a large staircase on the south side, aiming to create a space that does not feel underground.
