This complex consists of a hotel (upper floors), tenant offices (lower floors), a hall, and commercial tenants (base floors). This is a model project for promoting BIM by Kajima Corporation, which is working on a "digital twin" system that digitizes all information from planning and design to construction, maintenance, management and operation, and reproduces them in a virtual space.
