This is an experimental facility where research and development, demonstration testing, performance evaluation, and operation training can be conducted while reproducing actual operating environments, mainly for unmanned aircraft, disaster response robots, automatic driving robots, and underwater exploration robots. The facility was built based on the Fukushima Innovation Coast Concept. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Area," "Infrastructure Inspection and Disaster Response Area," "Underwater and Water Robot Area," and "Development Infrastructure Area" are located on a 1,000 m east-west and 500 m north-south site in the reconstruction industrial park in Minamisoma City.
