A mixed-use development consisting of cultural and commercial facilities, a hotel, and residences (total number of units: 1,174). Preservation, restoration and utilization of the historical landscape of the former Yokohama Raw Silk Warehouses attached to the Yokohama Raw Silk Inspection Station (design: Eotsu Endo), completed in 1926 in the Kitanaka district of Naka-ku, Yokohama.
