This is the first rental office building developed by Toda Corporation. By centrally connecting various controls such as air conditioning, lighting, and security to the network, the entire building has been converted to IoT. The company will move into the building itself as a temporary relocation site for the construction of a new office building, and verify new ways of working through the use of smart offices.
