A general branch office, a community center, a children's school, and a fire station are the bases of the Nikkori district in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. In order to form the center of the district, Nikkori Street, which runs north to south, was established and the facilities were arranged around it. From the foreground of the photo, there are the general branch office, fire station, and children's school, the Kitakami Elementary School, which was under construction at the same time, and the reconstruction housing and police box, which were already completed on the west side. There is also a reconstruction house at the back of the ground.
