Outline
The former Minami-Machida Station on the Denentoshi Line and the Granbury Mall, which opened in 2000, were redeveloped as part of the Minami-Machida Center Creation Urban Development Project, a joint project between Tokyu Corporation and Machida City. As a result of the redevelopment, the station building, commercial facilities, Tsuruma Park (an urban park (sports park)), urban housing (planned), and other facilities have been integrated into a 220,000m2 town, which has been named "Minami Machida Granbury Park. The road that used to be the boundary between the Park Plaza and Tsuruma Park was relocated, and the commercial facility "Granbury Park" was connected to the park.
