This is the second renovation of the 1959 office building in central London. Obayashi Corporation acquired the building in 1987, and in 1992 the north and south wings (brick exterior) were preserved and the central wing was rebuilt (design: Michael Hopkins). In 2019, the exterior of the building was preserved and the interior was updated to meet modern office needs.
