Reconstruction of the Shin-Kabuki-za (5902), designed by Togo Murano, into a hotel. In order to preserve the view from Midosuji, the Shin-Kabuki-za was restored in the low-rise section. Restaurants, chapels, banquets, and other event functions will be in the lower floors, and guest rooms will be in the upper floors. The accuracy of the reproduction of the low-rise section was improved by comparing the point cloud data from the 3D scan with the existing drawings. In addition, some of the dimensions were adjusted to fit the new pillar spans.
