It connects Kamaishi City Kamaishi Higashi Junior High School, Unozome Elementary School, Unozome Kindergarten, and Kamaishi City Unozome Children's House (design: CAt, this issue 1803) to Unozome Station. This "axis of the town" was planned to be developed for the Rugby World Cup to be held in 2019, connecting Unosumai Tomos to Unosumai Reconstruction Stadium and becoming an "axis of reconstruction". Unosumai Tomos (Miraikan, Unogo Exchange Center, and Kamaishi Citizen's Gymnasium) are three buildings located in front of Unozome Station. They are arranged along the axis of reconstruction, and each of them has a continuous space under the eaves with a wooden finish.
