This housing complex is located on a corner lot near Sakurada-dori and consists of a grid frame of 1,350 x 1,350 mm. The basic dimensions of pillars and beams are 310 mm square, and there are two tiers per tier in the grid. There are 13 units in total, including flats, maisonettes and triplet types. A stairwell runs through the center of the building from the first basement to the fifth floor, and a common staircase provides access to each unit.
