Takenaka corporation leased the land from the long-established ryotei restaurant "sanso kyoyamato" that originally existed on the site, and plans to preserve and restore the traditional architecture and gardens on the site while building "sanso kyoyamato" and "park hyatt kyoto". the building will be constructed on a site with a height difference of 28 meters. the buildings with tiled roofs and gardens are scattered in harmony with the surrounding landscape, and are connected by a circular flow line.
