This is a renewal plan for a station building directly connected to JR Tsuchiura Station, planned and operated by ATRE. Utilizing the 180 km cycling course developed by Ibaraki Prefecture, the building will be renovated to serve as a base for cyclists who can bring their own bicycles. The blue line on the floor indicates the passage where bicycles can be brought in.
