This is a music hall in front of the east exit of Takasaki Station, which was planned in the "Basic Plan for Urban Visitor Attraction Facilities" announced by Takasaki City in 2013. It will be integrated with the adjacent business zone (redevelopment area) to enhance the city's centrality and attract more visitors through creation, exchange, and transmission. The architecture will become a huge screen that reflects people's activities to the city, creating a lively atmosphere in the city.
