Outline
This project is the second stage of the Nihonbashi Revitalization Plan, following the "Nihonbashi Muromachi East District Development Plan" (1404), which was completed in 2014 by Mitsui Fudosan. Like the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower (0601), the base of the building is 100 shaku (approx. 31 m) high in relation to Chuo-dori Avenue, in consideration of the landscape. A large, high-efficiency gas cogeneration system using city gas as fuel is installed. Electricity and heat will be supplied to existing buildings in the vicinity, renewing the energy supply for the entire town of Nihonbashi.
