Outline
This is the first phase of the development of the Shibuya Station District (Shibuya Scramble Square), which encompasses Shibuya Station. The project has been evaluated for its contribution to the enhancement of transportation functions such as the development of an urban core, the introduction of urban functions that will enhance international competitiveness such as the SHIBUYA QWS industrial exchange facility, and disaster prevention and environmental measures. In the future, the construction of station buildings above the railway (Shibuya Scramble Square Central and West Buildings), railway improvement projects, and land readjustment projects are planned.
