Renovation of the printing factory of a newspaper company into a three-dimensional office. The first basement floor and the first floor had rotary presses installed across the floors, and the four-story atrium is a large space with a ceiling height of 12.6 meters. The steel frame in the center is newly installed. A new floor of the same area as the one in the atrium was created to prevent the floor area from increasing due to the renovation.
