Reconstruction of an office building along a main road near Saga Station. The six-story office building has a hybrid structure using steel columns and beams and CLT panels. The low-rise area in the foreground is the entrance hall. Windows are located on the ceiling and near the waist of each floor. The two-story conference room building is a pure wooden structure with fire-resistant exterior walls and slab-shaped Gerber bridge girders.
