It faces the Kamidori shopping street in the central part of Kumamoto City. A multipurpose plaza with a café and a roof balcony, built on the site of a building that became vacant after the Kumamoto earthquake (2016). It is intended to be a place that is loosely shared by local residents, inheriting the activities that occurred when the site was vacant (such as the shopping street marché, the mobile house project by architect Kyohei Sakaguchi, and the venue for the performance festival "Street Art-Plex"). The aim is for it to become a place loosely shared by local residents.
