This is a simple lodging and exchange facility consisting of two adjacent buildings: a lodging building with a conventional construction method roof and an exchange building with a CLT construction method roof. The exchange building has a multipurpose salon with a CLT scissor truss roof. The roof of the salon is composed of 150 mm thick CLT. The roof is made of 150-mm thick CLT beams, which also serve as a ceiling finish.
