Outline
The first and second floors are occupied by restaurants, and the third floor by offices. The first and second floors are constructed of wood and reinforced concrete using small cross-sectional assemblies of general merchandise lumber (stacked beams and bundled columns), and the third floor by steel and reinforced concrete. The first and second floors are made of wood and reinforced concrete, and the third floor is a mixed structure of steel and reinforced concrete in plan and elevation.
