This housing complex contains 113 dwelling units. The bottom of the balcony is made of reflective sheet metal and rock wool panels to create a bright exterior balcony. The plan of the building was planned in relation to the view from the units of PORT JUVENAL and the surrounding streets. As facilities that can be used by people other than residents, there are restaurants and galleries on the first and second floors, and a bar on the top floor.
