Outline
The project is one of the largest urban development projects in Tokyo, with a population of approximately 12,000 people and the construction of 24 buildings, including 5,632 residential and rental units and commercial facilities, on approximately 18 ha of land in Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. At the time of the Tokyo 2020 Games, the Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games will add interiors to some of the buildings and use them temporarily as facilities for the athletes' village.
