This is a plan of a dormitory for students in a university-owned land adjacent to a Shinkansen station. In order to improve the security of the dormitory, the balconies of the dormitory rooms are turned inward to form a "Ron-shaped" plan. The courtyard is designed to incorporate the rich natural environment that is characteristic of the campus, and to create a comfortable living space with a high environmental quality.
