This is a project of Mitsubishi Jisho Residence's Re Building Project. Mitsubishi Jisho Residence acquired the entire building, which was completed in 1992 and is used as offices on the first through fourth basement floors and residences on the fifth and sixth floors, and plans to renovate the building as vacancies arise. This time, rooms 503, 505, and 602 on the 5th and 6th floors were selected for renovation. The walls, ceilings, and floors of about 1/3 of the space facing the terrace were demolished to create an open space with a maximum height of 4,000 mm. The contrast between the renovation and the existing space is shown by repairing only the entrance side.
