NAKA ARCHITECTS' STUDIO
Outline
This row house consists of the owner's dwelling and two rental units. The building stands on a flagpole-shaped site with a passage on the south side. Each unit is a maisonette type, and on the first floor, facing the alley garden, there is a studio that can be used as a place for work or hobbies. The studio of the owner's dwelling is intended to be used as a work space open to renters, a gallery, a coffee stand, and so on, as a place open to the neighborhood.
