This four-story building complex consists of a bakery, design office, coworking space, and rental housing. Komada Architects operates and manages the Nishi-Kasai APARTMENTS (completed in 2000), which stands adjacent to the west side of the building. The 4-meter-wide terrace "7chome PLACE" between the two buildings will be used as an eating space for the bakery and as an event space for the workshop space "Yadoriki" for local residents on the first floor of Nishi-Kasai APARTMENTS.
