Newly constructed data center in Mitaka City, Tokyo. The existing building, built in 1983, stands on the west side and is connected internally. Based on the concept of using the entire building as an air-conditioning system, an air-conditioning system using two shafts is adopted to save energy: a "cold patio" that brings outside air from the seismically isolated floors to the server rooms on each floor, and a "hot patio" that exhausts air heated in the server rooms.
