msb Tamachi is a mixed-use redevelopment project consisting of offices, commercial facilities, and a hotel directly connected to the station in the "msb Tamachi" district at the east exit of Tamachi Station owned by Tokyo Gas. Construction of "msb Tamachi Tamachi Station Tower N" is underway on the site next to the newly opened "msb Tamachi Tamachi Station Tower S" and the "Pullman Tokyo Tamachi" hotel (scheduled to open in 2020). A smart energy center will be established in both the adjacent Tamachi Smart Energy Park and msb Tamachi to create an energy network.
