Outline
This redevelopment project, which includes the reconstruction of the Sanshin Building and Hibiya Mitsui Building, was approved in 2014 as the first national strategic special zone in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and is expected to play a role as an international business hub. Hibiya Step Plaza" and other public spaces have been created in conjunction with the surrounding Tokyo Takarazuka Theatre, Nissay Theatre, Theatre Kurie, Imperial Theatre, and TOHO Cinemas Hibiya in Midtown, creating a unified plaza space.
