TETSUO KONDO ARCHITECTS
Outline
Minna no Ie" was rebuilt after the closure of "Kizuna House," a space for residents to interact with each other, which was originally located in a temporary shopping arcade on this site. The site is located on a hill in the center of Shichigahama Town (population 18,910), the busiest area in the town, surrounded by a lifelong learning center, baseball field, soccer stadium, and martial arts center. The wooden frame is arranged along the refracted plane, and the connection between inside and outside is changed through the opening of 2015mm height.
