This project is located in the eastern part of Yokohama City, about five minutes by car from Futamatagawa Station on the Sagami Railway Line. This project aims to improve the living environment by improving the external environment of the housing complex, which is facing problems such as a declining and aging population and the occurrence of vacant houses. This is a rare case in Japan where the management association organized an open competition.
