This is a redevelopment of approximately 2.3 hectares, including the former office of the Toei Bus Company, which faces the Meguro Station rotary. It is located in front of the station, which is a bustling urban transportation hub, and consists of an office building with commercial stores and two residential buildings. The distance between the office building and the residential building on the north side (North Residence Building) has been shortened to create a green space on the site and to harmonize it with the surrounding residential area.
