This row house consists of three units: two rental houses on the ground floor (currently used as a continuation of one unit), the owner's studio on two levels, and the owner's house on the second floor. The studios, which are used as work spaces, are located on the south side of the building, facing the road. A planting louver in front of the entrance creates an intermediate area between the entrance and the road.
