This cultural complex is located in the "Ocean World" area on the Shekou Peninsula in the west of Shenzhen. It houses an art museum with multiple exhibition spaces, including a gallery by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and a gallery by renowned collector Ma Mito, a theater, a multi-purpose hall, and commercial facilities related to cultural activities.
