Reconstruction of a cultural hall to serve as a base for cultural and artistic activities in the region. The size of the building is divided into a group of small roofs clustered around the fly tower. The segmented roofs become lower toward the perimeter, and along the street they become flat roofs. The roofs are lowered toward the periphery and become flat along the street, aiming to harmonize with the adjacent historical buildings and the surrounding residential streetscape.
