This is a hospital with special functions that was created through the merger of two hospitals, Kagawa Children's Hospital for child care and Zentsuji Hospital for adult care. While grouping the common areas of the two hospitals in the center of the building, the building volume was subdivided according to function, in consideration of the impact on the landscape of the surrounding area, which is the gateway town to Zentsuji. Hospital art was incorporated from the design stage in collaboration with the art director.
