This is a relocation plan for a general hospital that provides acute care in the Chuetsu region of Niigata Prefecture. In order to cope with the hot climate in summer and the severe wind and snow in winter, two long buildings (a medical ward and a ward) are arranged in the east-west direction, and a gangi canopy and an earthen edge mall, which are the main traffic lines for visitors, are provided as an axis running between them.
