This is a project to renovate a 53-year-old head office and factory in Kawasaki City into a complex facility (unicoA) with a focus on shared offices. On the first floor, there is a restaurant and a Fab studio VUILD. The existing structure is kept as much as possible, and new items added are those that can be processed in the Fab Studio on the first floor. The two adjacent buildings are also owned by the same owner, and the warehouse on the west side will be converted into a basketball court (unico court), and the former employee dormitory on the east side will be converted into a shared house (unicoB).
